The Office of Economic Development (OED) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from an experienced Consultant or Consultant team to provide an evaluation of the feasibility of a lodge and conference center at East Fork State Park in Clermont County, Ohio. Should you be interested in responding to the RFP, please carefully review the attachments to RFP as it will answer many questions you may have. One of Ohio's largest state parks, East Fork is located 25 miles east of Cincinnati and approximately 1.5 miles south of State Route 32. The entire park comprises 9,906 acres; with the William H. Harsha Lake covering 2,160 acres.
