Progress Continues on Ford Plant Redevelopment

The redevelopment of the former Ford transmission plant continues to move forward. On August 31st, the Ohio Development Financing Advisory Council (DFAC), approved a $6.1 million Ohio Enterprise Bond Fund loan to IRG Batavia, LLC to acquire and renovate the facility. The company plans to market the 1.8 million square foot building as a multi-tenant manufacturing facility.
