American Micro Products was one of three local companies to receive Workforce One's Investing In People Awards on September 10th. This award is presented annually to organizations that exhibit a strong commitment to local workforce development.
The Batavia Township company supplies high-precision and micro-precision solutions for some of the worlds largest OEMs in the diesel fuel systems, aerospace, medical device, energy and communications sectors. An example of the company's dedication to employee development is the creation of the position of Dream Manager, who is focused on helping employees plan for professional, personal, and financial goals.
