On June 3, Sencorp announced that it will build a four-story corporate headquarters in Ivy Pointe Commerce Park. The company will invest $19 million in the new 100,000 square foot facility, which will be home to at least 219 employees. The new building will allow the company to consolidate operations currently in Newport, Anderson Township, and Clermont County. Construction is expected to be complete by spring 2009.
Sencorp is best known as the parent company of Senco Products, which manufacturers air-powered staple guns, fasteners, and nailers. The company is a leader in the residential construction as well as industrial markets.
Sencorp joins Total Quality Logistics (TQL) as the second occupant of Ivy Pointe Commerce Park. Ivy Pointe is a 100-acre Class A office park in the Eastgate area with I-275 visibility and easy access to State Route 32.
