UC Clermont celebrated its 35th anniversary by announcing that enrollment will top 3,000 students, a record for the campus and 5% increase over last year. UC Clermont offers 32 associate degrees and 25 certificate programs in a wide range of subjects. "I am very excited about the growth this year at Clermont College as we welcome our largest class ever," said James F. McDonough, interim dean at UC Clermont College. UC Clermont College was established in September 1972 as the result of a close cooperative effort between UC and a group of citizens of Clermont County who pledged over $125,000 for the purchase of the land on which the college was built.
