Businesses looking to increase their sales in foreign markets are encouraged to attend "Essentials of Exporting: An Introduction to International Sales." The U.S. Department of Commerce is offering the seminar, which will cover export sales, trade trends, financing through the Ex-Im Bank, legal issues, and global logistics. Congresswoman Jean Schmidt will present the keynote address. The seminar is November 1, 2007, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at the OSU South Center in Piketon.
